Khadim Syed Zeeshan Ali of Khwaja Saheb’s Dargah said that the Ghori family from Bhilwara comes to Khwaja Saheb’s Dargah and hoists the flag and with this it starts informally. After this, Urs begins when the moon appears. The gates of Jannati were opened on Wednesday morning, with crowds of devotees flocking to pray through the gates. On the sixth day the gates of heaven will be closed after six days. He said the guidelines are also being followed with Corona in mind.
District Collector Anshdeep Singh has also given necessary guidance to various departments keeping in view Urs. He said there should be no disturbance during Urs. Particular attention should be paid to this. He is also doing full monitoring himself.
A police force of 4000 will be deployed
Zareen has started coming from all over the country for the annual Urs of Khwaja Garib Nawaz. District Superintendent of Police Vikas Sharma has also issued a duty chart of possession of about 4,000 police personnel in view of Urs. Responsibility has been assigned to senior officers by making them in-charge as per shift. Police forces from across the state have also reached Ajmer for Urs.
There is no official confirmation
When District Collector Anshdeep Singh spoke about the arrival of a batch of Pakistan Zareen in Urs, he said that no official confirmation has yet been received about the arrival of Pakistan Zareen. Necessary guidance has been given to all the departments on their behalf. At the same time, official sources about the crop batch say that the batch was to reach the balcony border on February 3, but there is no information yet that security has been beefed up there. From which it is assumed that this time also Pak Zareen will not attend Urs. (Report – Naveen Vaishnav)
