This is a matter not only of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly but of all the legislatures of the country. Malik said the power of parliament or the power of the legislature is final or the Supreme Court order can be applied to them. The Assembly Secretary will take cognizance of all these matters. After all this information, the chairman will make the final decision.

What the constitution says
When the team of Navbharat Times Online spoke to Dr. Suresh Mane, an expert on constitution and law on this subject, he said many important things. He said the Supreme Court order also applies to the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. He also said that the work of making law is done in the legislature but this law is true or false. The Supreme Court rules on them. The decision to suspend BJP MLAs was also wrong and unconstitutional. The Supreme Court has therefore rejected it. Mane said the Maharashtra government has wrongly issued many GRs. They should be canceled immediately and new GR should be applied.
