Chad Smith said: Wow, five stars is not enough for Valet! My wife and I were SO IMPRESSED!
We got bids at 3 different auto body shops, and even before the estimates came back we were sold on Valet. One of their guys even took 10 minutes to fix a minor issue (not related to our recent crash) for free while he was doing the initial inspection.

And then we were pleasantly surprised to see that their estimate was also much cheaper than the competition, too. (Even though they weren’t on our insurance provider’s “preferred” list.) Win-win! And they proactively explained how we could save money with our insurance company and car rental and made that process really easy.

Finally, they just did everything they said they would do… and more! Every single person we interacted with was so attentive, professional and helpful in ways that were above and beyond what we expected. Unlike other companies we’ve tried, we can tell that customer satisfaction must be core to the company culture here!
We are now lifelong fans and will only use Valet from here on out!

They worked hard to do extra research as to provide me with multiple repair options to fit my budget. They checked multiple times if I was alright with certain repairs taking place. They even told me at moments that I could save money by doing some things on my own and instructed me how to do so. What auto body shop does that?? Not only did they do a better than fantastic job, but they saved me money doing it. I will never go anywhere else and would suggest only Valet to my close friends and family. 11/10

Dan Swensen said: Quick recap… daughter’s car got dinged pretty good by another driver. Had Valet take a look and work with the driver’s insurance company. I worked directly with Callie, Shane, and Trace and a few other front desk/inspectors. The staff was so easy to work with and accommodating, not to mention helpful in walking me through ALL the steps. They worked so efficiently with the insurance company and even made contact and coordinate the car rental for me (when the adjuster was going to). A few days later they called me back with multiple options on a full repair, down to partial repair to keep costs down. When it came time to decide on which route to go (insurance total or owner retain total), Trace offered yet another option that benefited our circumstances and yet resulted in no profit or work for Valet. My point… he was looking out for the customer and not his pocketbook.

The facility and staff were attentive, professional (yet human/funny), clean, polite, and quick to respond. Bodywork right now is busy and there are a lot of delays, but they were upfront on everything to where I knew exactly what I could expect – and then some. I hate cars, I hate car problems, and I hate car/body repairs, BUT if/when it happens again, I will be calling Callie, Trace, or any of the crew at Valet. And I for sure will be recommending them to others. I was very pleased all around!!

Anthony LeBaron said: Darwin and Valet Auto Body was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had wrecked my front left fender on my Toyota Tacoma. They were able to replace it with OEM parts and repaint it in a very timely manner. After the repair it looks brand spanking new, it looks like it came straight off the floor. Darwin was very informative and helped me understand the process all the way through and helped navigate me through all the insurance work. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything that needed to be done. I would highly recommend you to take any of your auto repairs to Valet Auto Body. Their pricing is very fair.

S. Dunn said: We were referred to Valet Auto Body after we had major problems with the insurance company not responding/being negligent after our daughter’s car was hit in an accident. We wished we had know about them from the very beginning and would have had our car towed immediately from the scene of the accident to their shop. Callie talked to us and helped us understand the process of working with the insurance. She was respectful and kind and took the time to go through everything with us. Valet took over talking to the insurance and handling the communication. After our month and half run around with the insurance, Valet was able to get us our car settlement finalized in short amount of time. We were so happy with the results.

Joe Wright said: I dropped my car off at Valet Auto Body in Draper Ut on Tuesday February 1st for repairs for damage from a rear end collision. The rear bumper wrap needed to be replaced and painted as well as replacing the crumple zone on the rear bumper. They were very busy and had a lot of other vehicles in for repair. The check in process was wonderful, quick and very easy. I was told 2 – 3 days because of painting that needed to be done. I honestly thought it would take longer, more like Friday or Saturday. Well I was wrong! My car was ready Thursday by 10 AM. That was great, I couldn’t believe it. I picked up my car, once again a very easy and pleasant process. My car looked great. I worried how the paint would match. No worries at all. My car is a 2022, very new and I wanted it to look new AGAIN! It did look fantastic. I will be recommending Valet to anyone in need of auto body repair. Excellent service, good prices and very very good work. I’m so pleased, all my worries just disappeared. Wonderful job to Trace and all the very nice folks at Valet Auto Body in Draper.

Susan Cox said: My experience with Valet Auto Body & Collision was nothing short of wonderful! From the sweet receptionist to the driver who picked up and dropped off my car, everyone was friendly and professional.
I needed my right passenger mirror replaced because of a run in with a deer. Trace stayed late to work out the details with me and kept me up to date on everything via text. My new mirror looks and works
the way it should.
I still need some body work done, and I have no doubt that the crew will do an exemplary job!
I’m adding a second review to this one. Valet Auto Body and Collision did a beautiful job repairing the damage to my car and expertly matched the paint. It looks brand new! I can’t say enough about their service and expertise!

Challise Harvey said: My vehicle vandalized by someone pouring sunscreen all over my vehicle. The sunscreen etched into the clear coat and a few trim pieces. I got a quote from unique at $3,000. So I took it to Valet to get another quote and they referred me to Steam Team Auto to do a cut and buff on the clear quote and Valet ordered the trim pieces that needed to be replaced which ended up costing me a fraction of what unique quoted. I’m super happy of the job that they did and impressed that they referred me to someone else that they felt that could get me taken care of. Trace was great to work with and I would recommend.

They basically took over everything. They worked some snags with the insurance and even gave me a quick ride to pick up my rental car. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Most importantly our car came back looking new again. I’m really happy with their work. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
