Doug Sutter said: Terrible, terrible tint and glass repair. Every aspect of my experience was terrible. I took my truck in for glass replacement and tint. He literally cut a 6″ by 12″ square in the right corner, and didn’t say a word until I’d driven off. Needless to say, I’d never seen such a bad job from a “tint” place!! So, I took it back and guess what? Not only was the tint worse the second time they attempted to tint my truck (see picture with bubbles) but he broke my rear view mirror! Two days later I had to drive back AGAIN for the third time, and he refused to give me a refund to cover the cost of getting it fixed at a real tint shop. Instead, he only refunded me $100, so I’ll be out of pocket to have this fiasco resolved. Trust me, DONT GO TO THIS TERRIBLE “tint” SHOP. They are rude, and do the most terrible work I’ve ever seen.

Additionally they told me to wait for 30 minutes while I was done with my car for them to fix other car.

Before you agree on doing the tint; the owner guarantees their work will be done correctly or they will fix it … If you complain after the work is completed, he will tell you that in 4 days the tint will finish setting (cure) and will look better after 4 days.. after the 4 days past, the tint still never corrected it’s self and the owner tries to convince you that the tint looks good?? Ummm can you fix this error please? I don’t want to debate about your mistakes
