I made an appointment at what is probably regarded as the most marketed auto glass replacement company and they said they would not do the work because the slip tank in the bed of my truck was in the way.

I showed up at TruShield without an appointment with 30 minutes left before closing time. Dre told me he would help me out and get it done same day. The crew and Dre stayed an hour late to get it done. Kudos to them for making the extra effort.

Do not go to the place that rhymes with ChafeWhite. Go to TruShield and ask for Dre.
