Lindsay Agan: I had a cracked bay window in my house and I was dreading having to replace the entire window. Townsend glass was able to just replace the glass, which was much more cost effective. They came out and measured and had it installed very quickly! Great experience and highly recommend!

James Dickey: I usually do not leave negative reviews unless it is an extremely unique scenario which brings me to this one. I am not going to go into the details because it would take me paragraph after paragraph to lay it out, But these people pulled one heck of a stunt on me That was extremely unprofessional and childish . Just a complete lack of professionalism entirely. I see others have given them good reviews and I do not doubt that they have pleased a few people in the past but for what I can speak on , I would never recommend these people to anybody. The workmanship was also sub par. Very crude and rough measurements, as well as very thick sloppy caulk joints…..looked like they spread their silicone with a steak knife…. No attention to detail and no professionalism. Lesson learned

Alan Harris: I needed something that was expensive and she guided me and I Direction to get what I needed for about 30% of what they would have to charge even though I did not complain about their price it was a an item they would have to set equipment up for to make but would have been able to do it. She was not trying to lose the company money she was trying to help me out!
