They filed the claim through my insurance company and determined I didn’t need to pay anything because of how my insurance was set up! Great job, wonderful customer service and hassle free as they did all the insurance stuff! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Richard Wilson said: I choose Speedy because it is centrally located and easy to get too. I dropped off my keys the night before my appointment. I sat and waited as there was no one at the desk and the only employee I saw was one guy running back and forth from the shop and out the front door several times without one acknowledgement of me being there. After the third or fourth time he finally stop and took my keys. The day of my appointment a women call me and asked if I had my insurance paperwork I told it was in the car she ask did nobody ask it from you when you dropped off the car I told her about thw guy runnning back and fourth her response was oh he was busy, A lady husband had just died and she needed her car to get back to tge Hospital.
I find this comment very unprofessional. She should of never told me that. Also sharing other customers info is wrong.
These comments make me reconsider choosing a different glass company next time.
