There were some technical difficulties they had to overcome, and they made everything 100% right. Chloe did an excellent job installing the windshield a lot faster than most windshield replacements. 10/10

Office/waiting area is exceptionally clean and their service area is immaculate. After they finished the install, they cleaned ALL of the windows for me – great service!

A W said: If you need a rock chip repair, Safelite in Draper is NOT the place. They wanted $115 for a rock chip repair. Save yourself the money and order the Rain X rock chip repair kit on Amazon for $12.

d mccarter said: This place uses poor quantity materials. They tried two separate windows on my truck both were very wavy and had divots in them. Was told they would try another piece of glass and then no one called me back to let me know anything about it. The customer service is very poor in their office. When you call the number listed online all it does is hang up on you and it refuses to connect you to somebody. I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with this company.
