Amy Wak said: After a previously WONDERFUL experience with a door replacement, I called to have a window replaced from rock chip damage. I asked the employee who came to measure to please wear a mask while in our home as our toddler is not vaccinated and my mom is a cancer patient. He said no, as he didn’t even have one with him. I said the company will need to reschedule to measure another time when an employee can come with a mask. I never got a call back from the company. When I reached out after a week, I was told they “didn’t have time” to send someone out. I clarified, “you’re choosing to forego my business because I’m asking your employees to be masked?” Instead of just admitting that, they insisted they just “don’t have time” for me. What a disappointment. I’ll be giving my $600 (and any other future business) to a different company.

Chris Dersch said: We purchased custom ThermaTru fiberglass doors through Puget Sound Window and Door. They came to our house and did a free in-home consultation helping us with our wood stain color choices bringing actual samples of the various door finishes. We settled on a different color finish for the interior that matched our other trim and a darker color exterior finish that matched our garage doors. We had a couple delays in the installation date due to some problems at the factory that weren’t P.S. Window and Door’s fault. Once the new installation date was established, they were actually early (we got a phone call before to make sure it would be OK), and once installed, the doors are beautiful. The installation took about three hours and was very high quality with no trim work left for me. We’re very happy with our new doors.

N St said: I emailed Puget sound window and door to get a quote on replacing some windows. Rick emailed me and told me to call him to discuss. When I called, Troy answered and said Rick was unavailable. He insisted he could help. We discussed my windows that were failing and needed to be replaced. He said they could replace them or replace just the glass. He explained to me that my windows were called gable windows and reassured me they could replace them. I just needed to get rough estimate of the dimensions and email them to him for a quote. I emailed the measurements to him. The next day he emailed me back and said they could not do gable windows.
Long story short, unless your windows are square and easy to access, I’d probably look elsewhere for a replacement window company.

Called Puget Sound Window and Door they came out right away to discuss what I wanted and we also had to replace a few window glass too. Took the measurements waited for it to be made and it is so beautiful I love it so much. Makes the kitchen brighter and look bigger. They installed everything in one day I should say in one morning. Cleaned it and took the mess with them. Great service, great job. couldn’t of asked for anything more. We will be returning for more work. Thanks for the great window and job Puget Sound Window & Door.

Kristi Westcoat said: After 4 years living in a house with fogged windows, I decided to fix the issue. I called 4 companies to come out and give me an estimate and these guys were by far the best. No excessive sales pitch, just good advice and a reasonable price. All communication and contract signing was very timely, and from first contact to installation was less than a month. I replaced 16 sections of glass on 10 windows and they all look great! They were respectful of my house and cleaned up before they left. Overall a great experience and I’d definitely use Puget Sound Window & Door again!
