William Harvell said: I have used several different auto glass replacement businesses in the past, and as any one who has had to have a windshield replaced knows it is not an expense you are expecting. Well mine happened on 2-17-22 on a new truck I had purchased only 8 days prior. Well I chose Prime-Tyne-Auto-Glass, The owner, Jay took my information and gave me a quote immediately. He then told me he would call back and give me an estimated time for the same day. Within 20 minutes he gave me a time which was from 1:30 to 4:00, he then said he would call when he was 30mins away. I received his call when he was 30mins away, he arrived at 2:00 and was finished with my truck within 45 minutes. The price was exactly as quoted, and this man and his son did the best most professional work that I’ve seen in a long, long time. He is one of the most polite and respectful Gentleman I’ve met in a long time, his professionalism, work ethics and the care he and his son took in making sure the job was done right and cleaning up anything left after a windshield replacement can only be classified as the work of an Old World Craftsman, something out country needs more of. I would highly recommend Prime-Tyne-Auto-Glass, and I would also like to say that it’s ok to tip a professional small business owner like this.
