Victoria Weaver said: We had a awful experience at this business! ( The paint job on our car was inadequate and inaccurate….paint was peeling before 6 months! Customer service suck and we were lied fo about the progress whenever we called. Mr. Pinkston responded with attitude when confronted about the quality of the paint job…we returned the car 3 times for corrections and our car still had imperfections! Emblems that came on the car were missing after we picked the car up!! We were charged $1500 for a poor job! Maaco can do a better job than this I’m sure!

Tracey Parker said: I was referred to this shop by very reputable people but my experience was by far very different from theirs. I spoke with Mr Pinkston in November of 2020 about a project I was working on. We discussed the things that I wanted and agreed on a price to have the work completed. Mr Pinkston kept my vehicle for almost two months and when I picked it up yesterday I was so disappointed. The paint job was terrible. It had run marks and dried bugs in the paint. It was awful. The only saving grace was he refunded half of my money back. I feel like I was lied to on multiple occasions regarding my repairs and I was highly disappointed. I don’t recommend at all.
