Michelle Doyle: My car was broken into while I was working. There was glass EVERYWHERE. I drove straight to Novus. He kept my car, and gave me a loaner. My car was done the next day and the inside was immaculate. They, again, did above average work. They are fantastic

Austin Morrell: Used Novus’ website in the morning to request a free quote and upload a picture of our cracked windshield. Received a phone call within the hour to confirm some details and they provided us the quote. I honestly didn’t shop around but their customer service immediately landed my business. They were able to get us in same-day for a full windshield replacement. The new windshield looks amazing, I can’t believe we were in-n-out all same day. Will definitely go back for any future windshield needs. Amazing job and I’m super impressed.

Angela Ward: In July I was delivering a car to my college student and took a nasty rock to the windshield that split the windshield. As I was traveling and meeting my kiddo in Spokane WA to exchange vehicles we had one night. I was so thankful that Novus was able to get her in and out. I now have learned that this has turned into a 3000+ dollar mistake. On
My kiddos first real drive in town she was involved in a low mileage collision and we were concerned that none of her warning systems went off. The body shop is just now getting around to repairing due to Part shortage. We are now being told that the window that Novus installed was an after market window (note we were not told at the time of replacement) and that this make of vehicle can’t take an after market window because it won’t calibrate. After calling Novus to express my concern the person that answered the phones comment was “a dealership will always tell you that you should use their product”. To which my response was this is not the dealership – this is the body shop and they fact that they can’t get the car to calibrate and after looking into it realized it had the wrong window. No apologize, no is your kid okay, just a bunch of excuses that they don’t understand how that is possible. Please don’t risk your car or family with them. Picture of car to show no damage to windshield.

Starr Haneke (Starr): The woman at the desk was nice, the other woman (older) was rude and snippy. I almost wanted to leave and find another place to get our windows done…but the fact it was raining and we needed it done right away and it was close, I just went with them. I’m sure this may have just been a bad experience but that lady was unpleasant and seemed as if she hated people plus her job. The one at desk was fine and pleasant. Let me be clear. We had to take the car back the next day. We couldn’t see the work well because it was raining so hard. The side window wasn’t popped in all the way. Evidently that guy was new, people learn and make mistakes. However, that didn’t bother me as much as that older woman’s snippy tone. I would have given 4 stars if it wasn’t for her attitude. The same day appt was great! They were very punctual. Thankyou!

Mary Ann Urban: When your road trip takes you through the mountain passes of northwestern Montana in the winter, you’re going to get a rock chip. Hey that thing repaired at Novus Glass when you get to Spokane. Matt runs a great shop. We were in and out in less than a half hour. He even called our insurance company and got them queued up for us to make a claim.
