Lisa W said: Sorry I had bothered them. Asked what type of window screens they had & looked at me like I was a clown. Since Novato Glass is an established business, they don’t really need to try anymore. I left my screens to be measured and get a quote. I called the next day & asked if my screens were measured & what the quote was. He said, “I wasn’t here yesterday”.(what?) Found out at Pini hardware that there indeed more types of screens & frames to choose from.
