Michelle Marshall said: Michael is a great mechanic, honest with pricing and fast quality work. It’s amazing to me how people will lie and try to ruin this businesses’ reputation. I have been using Made In Japan for several years referred to Michael by my colleague, I haven’t had any issues, each time he’s given me a quote I’ve called BMW to get a quote for the same work, in each instant it was double, sometimes triple the cost. No one likes to pay for car repairs, the reality is we need and depend on our vehicles for our livelihoods and everything in between. At the end of the day if you want an honest quote and the proper repair cost be TOTALLY HONEST about your vehicles’ issues from the gate, there are many mechanics that will rip you off regardless, they’re only concerned about making a dollar today, not building a relationship with the customer, at the end of the day Michael is an honest mechanic not a magician…..if you need a magician it’s time to be honest with yourself and upgrade your vehicle.

I agreed yet he did half the work and charged the full price. My car is also now all of a sudden having other issues. I don’t trust him at all. Please be cautious.

Michael is the best mechanic I’ve had the opportunity to have service my vehicle. My car drives so nice and I can tell all the parts used are quality. The dealer was definitely looking to rip me off. I knew I had a power steering issue, and I let Michael take a quick look at it and it was an easy fix. Just needed a new pump, whereas the dealer was trying to convince me I needed a whole new power steering assembly. Car has been riding so smooth, and I didn’t have to spend $1500. When you go to Michael you’re going to get great customer service, honesty and knowledge. I have NEVER had a mechanic show me the part he took out, what it does and why my car was doing what it was doing. That is the value you get when you go to Made in Japan. I have recommended all my family and friends in the area to Michael. He’s awesome and so is the way he runs his shop.

I was very happy with the service and he works very fast he doesn’t have a lot of cars sitting outside his shop how some other mechanics do and he gets you in and out in a matter of no time. I couldn’t be more happier to find a good honest mechanic near me that does fast work and does it correctly.
