dsw1204 (dsw1204) said: He broke my car key and blamed me. He turned on my car and when he went to turn it off, he did not go past the “notch” to pull it off. When you go to turn off the car, you rotate the key counterclockwise until you reach this “notch”. When you reach this “notch”, you have to push the key in when you get to the “notch” and then continue to rotate counterclockwise before you pull it out. He did not do this. Instead, he got to the “notch” and pulled. Well, the key will not come out and he forced it, thus when he pulled, the key stayed in the ignition and the housing came free of the key. He says that this would have happened if I did it, but he knows what he did. That would not have happened if I was to turn off the car.

Now, I have a broken key which will be costly to replace. He wants me to superglue it. That may work (may not), but the fact is he broke the key and threatened to pull out the window he installed because of our disagreement.

In addition, the window goes up and down at a very slow speed.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT.

Go somewhere else for window replacement, people. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
