Christine Dodge said: Windshield broke due to heavy snow and broken wiper blades. Blade arms snapped back on window with long cracks across entire windshield. Too busy to get in same day. Called insurance and they arranged appointment. Jackie at Glass Ent. was bright spot in my day on both encounters. Install took about an hour. Polite, professional, friendly, cheerful!! Kudos! Will return if needed. (Learned how NOT to handle wipers.)

Bob Plante said: This business does not care about its customers or it’s business. They would not return phone calls, and when I called back they would always tell me they were too busy to do my car. It was always next week, maybe, but they would not call. After three weeks I gave up. My advice, go somewhere where they care about your business.
