Frank contacted the contractor directly and scheduled an onsite visit. Frank gave us a proposal within a day or two, it was very reasonable and we decided to move forward with Frank. He worked directly with the contractor and kept us in the loop along the way. The project has been completed and the quality of Frank’s work is outstanding. Judith Bronston said: I had the worst experience with Franks Screens. Said he was familiar with working with condo associations. Put in the wrong windows. Charged me for new ones. Was not easy to work with and kept telling me he was doing me a favor. Put in a cheap door with different color hinges and handle. Is not diligent nor a good businessman. Overpriced and not responsive or reasonable. So disappointed and upset with my experience.
