Josh Boyle: Been going there for years and it was really good when it opened but the management and supervisors are getting worse. Every year just a lack of enthusiasm I couldn’t even get them to mount and balance a tire because the tire didn’t have a sticker and they said they couldn’t mount it without a sticker proving that it was new. It was new! and I had a receipt of purchase.It would have been much better if they were honest and just said they didn’t want to do it because it was a large performance tire and may be challenging. Businesses are just lazy anymore .

Joshua Berl: Not saying this is gonna be everyone’s experience; they seem to be alright in the domain of selling tires. However, they were awful at servicing my vehicle. I went in to get an oil change and was told my valve cover needed replaced. Ok, fine with me. My total was $500+ and I mistakenly paid before checking to see how outrageous of a price that is. After getting my receipt, I realzed that they replaced my spark plugs without telling me. Ok, whatever, they needed replaced probably I just wish they would’ve told me first. I go outside to leave and my car doesn’t start. Go back inside, ask them to check it out, and learn the battery tested bad (it was good before service). They put a new one in for free which I am appreciative of. Was not thrilled about the waste of time it caused. Fast forward to 2 days later, I get an alert from my car telling me that my oil pressure is low and to stop my car immediately to avoid engine damage. Called them and they said I would need a tow to the store and they’d pay for it and figure out what is wrong with it (when the tow truck lifted it I saw a pretty significant leak) Currently I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and haven’t even learned whats wrong with it and how they can fix it.

I’m not happy and not giving this store my business after this mess. Save yourself some trouble and get your vehicle serviced at your dealership or by a mechanic you know is not going to screw you over.

CLVR: Scheduled a state inspection. Went online, filled out form and waited about a day and the appointment status was changed to confirmed. Came in today to find out that they stopped doing state inspections months ago, and they just never had time to call me. An email/text would have even sufficed, but instead I get a disgruntled employee explaining to me how I should have called.

Claudine Betsch Smith: After getting my 2008 Toyota Solara convertible checked out by my mechanic, he told me I needed a new back tire as there was a punture and tear with tire side wall and couldn’t be patched.

I took my car to Firestone to purchase and install two new rear tires. Simple enough of a job, but no. I went on to have the worst customer experience in my life.

After the installation, I started to drive it home, and there was something horribly wrong. The car felt completely off-balance. It felt like it was violently shaking when I approached higher speeds. Exceptionally unnerving. I immediately returned it to Firestone and let them know there was something wrong. The front desk cashier went to speak to the mechanic and the mechanic reported there was a dent in my rim, which was causing the issue. I replied that couldn’t be possible as my my car wasn’t off balance when I brought in in for service.

I requested that they look at it again. They said they couldn’t as they were booked, and asserted I needed a new rim. My paperwork did not reflect this rim issue. I couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t look at car again.

I eventually left the store hurt and confused. I was polite, but assertive in telling them something was wrong. I was still dismissed. Maybe because I’m a female? Maybe I should have been more dramatic? I’ll never know. But they sent me on my way.

I called my mechanic who inspected their work, said my rims were perfectly fine. What was missing were weights when they mounted the tire. These weights are necessary to balance the tire. It was absolutely shoddy work on behalf of Firestone. Not to mention numerous safety issues for me and possible damage to my beloved Solara convertible while driving it in this now unsafe condition. Thank you Firestone!

I called Firestone back, and let them know the root cause of the shaking issue, with my mechanics written findings.

I had to wait to several days due to Firestone’s staffing issues, but did return and they corrected the issue quickly, but without an apology for their shoddy service and the horrible customer experience.

When a customer comes IMMEDIATELY back with issues after you service their car, LISTEN to them.

They will never have my business again.

Hyseem Jacobs: Went in for a wheel alignment fast service not bad on prices. An the people there seems pretty cool they earned a new customer.
