They constantly kept in touch with me via text message every step of the way from notifying me when my car was checked in, when a technician started on it, an estimate with prices on everything that was recommended for repair now, in the future and a report of everything that was in good condition as well. Each recommendation had a description and photo as well as the option to “add to cart” or “decline”. All parts/repairs selected were automatically ordered and again I was updated when parts arrived, when my car was being worked on and when it was complete. Very courteous, knowledgeable staff. I was VERY impressed and will definitely recommend Done With Care Auto Repair to everyone.

They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole day via text, email and phone calls. There were no surprises and nothing was done without my approval. I loved the “54 point Safety and Reliability Report” they did on my truck free of charge and the digital record kept on my truck. Their system is awesome as are they. A+

Samantha said: This shop is one of a kind. I had a huge issue with my car caused by a dealer, and they were kind and very patient with me as I had tons of questions. They found the issue quickly (thermostat failure), but I ended up taking it to the manufacturer’s dealer, since I wanted another dealerships opinion. I will definitely use this shop for future inspections and repairs. They even take pictures of everything they inspect which is super cool. Juan was very professional, calm and was glad to answer all of my crazy questions. Highly recommended this shop if you want honesty with a good price!

Sent a text before they opened and received a text back right away. I was sent pictures of everything that needed to be fixed along with an estimate and notes. Not knowing a lot about cars I had questions. Juan was great. I called, and he spent so much time with me and was very kind and patient. They will be my forever mechanics!
