PJ Tinsen said: Called at 9:30am and a pleasant human answered right away (win). He had me a quote in about 3 minutes (win). Quote was about 25% less than national competitor (win). Told me they would be able to come to my home to replace the glass this afternoon (amazing). I was given a rough window of 2-4pm and received a call from Mark at 1:45 letting me know he would be here at 2pm. Mark arrived well prepared, walked me through his process, completed the work (vacuumed out all of the glass inside my car from the broken window too!), and was done very quickly. Mark showed me what was done and even pointed out something that was wrong with my door handle (I already knew but appreciate the through customer service!). Overall, couldn’t have had a better experience!
