Public Reviews

Joseph B: All the staff of Christian brothers are friendly and go beyond to make sure they get things right for you. I work on simple fixes and maintenance for my vehicles, so I understand the amount of work that goes into fixing issues and discovering new issues. The team covered expenses for something that happened as a result of putting new parts in and also worked on the vehicle on the weekend when they are normally closed. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team for caring

Matthew Harnage: Their pricing was much much higher than another local place I took my vehicle. They seem like nice people but the pricing was three times what I was quoted and had the work done somewhere else. Then after I had my car moved from their location I was asked (not exaggerating here) 5+ times about my experience and they kept calling me over and over and hounding me for information. This seemed a bit sketchy to me and like they were trying to avoid having customers who left unhappy leave a negative review on Google.

I was also charged a diagnostic fee that I was absolutely never told about, when I brought my car in knowing exactly what work was needed anyways. I want to recommend the place because they were always nice in our interactions, but the pricing and constant communication after I already left put a sour taste in my mouth. I’d look elsewhere as there are many other trustworthy reliable mechanics in this area anyways.

Michael Davis: The staff was straightforward in what to expect. I liked that they sent photos of the items they found that needed to be repaired so there wasn’t any guessing as to whether or not the work was needed.

I DID need to wait a few minutes when I got there because the mechanic was test driving the work he just did on the brakes to make sure everything was correct, nothing squeaked etc. Certainly worth it.

Prices were reasonable but not Walmart cheap. But personally, I can’t afford a cheap repair job. I am interested in attention to detail and staff that makes sure things are working well.

Jose Amezaga: Christian Brother Automotive is very professional and thorough! I got a oil change for my mother’s car and a Axle and transmission repair for my car and worked out Perfectly! Plus they gave me a complete list of repairs ranking from Urgent to Future repairs, which I never had that before at any auto shop. I would recommend them to anyone!

Cj: Beware. I went to the them last week to have my ac diagnosed. They recommended a 1900 dollar ac compressor job. The diagnosis was incorrect. Meineke charged me 70 dollars to correct the issue. I went to them to ask for a refund because of the bad diagnosis. They told me they would not give me the 135 back because they were standing by there diagnosis. Get a second opinion if you use this company.
